Casting manipulator
Capacity of 20 tons It is used in the foundry for picking up castings from the detacher and placed on a stacker crane that deposits it in the special cells of the vertical warehouse for cooling and storage. Sliding is on rails.
Manipulator for rolling cages.
Capacity of 70 tons. It is used in steel profile production rolling mills to move rolling stands from the working position to maintenance stands.
Rolling cylinder manipulator
Capacity of 10 tons. It is used to transport rolling cylinders from the warehouse to maintenance and tooling areas. Thanks to the rotary gripping device, cylinders can be hooked in both vertical and horizontal positions. Handling is done with slingbar equipment hooked to the overhead crane.
Profile manipulator
Capacity of 2 tons
Enables the transfer of steel profiles from the storage position to the transfer roller way. Profile gripping is done with magnets.
Pipe manipulator.
Capacity of 3 tons.
Enables lifting and transferring steel pipes between different processing lines. Gripping of the tubes is done with magnets.
