OMNIAPROGET deals with these areas

Steelmaking

Steelmaking is the branch of the engineering industry that deals with the production of steel, starting mainly from iron. This industry covers the entire process of converting iron ore into iron and steel, and includes various sub-processes such as smelting the ore to obtain crude iron and then refining the iron to convert it into steel.

Foundry

A manufacturing process that relies on molding molten metals to make components of various shapes and sizes. It begins by casting metal, iron, steel, aluminum, bronze, or other alloys, to a liquid state. Once molten, it is poured into a mold, which can be made of sand, ceramic, metal, or another heat-resistant material that has the negative shape of the desired part.

Conveyor belts

Conveyor belts are mechanical systems used to move materials or objects from one point to another along a fixed path, simplifying handling processes and reducing manual labor. They are essential in multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, food, mining, and agriculture.

Handling, Handling and Lifting

The field of industrial handling, manipulation and lifting deals with technologies and equipment designed to transport, lift and manipulate materials and goods within industrial environments. This field plays a crucial role in optimizing production processes and logistics management, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of companies.

Vertical Warehouses

Industrial vertical warehouses represent a significant initial investment, but they offer numerous long-term benefits, including operational cost savings, improvements in inventory accuracy, and improved resource utilization. Their ability to reduce a company’s carbon footprint through more efficient operations and less energy waste also makes them a popular choice for sustainability-oriented companies.

Hydroelectric, aviation and chemical industries

The hydropower industry focuses on generating electricity through the use of the potential energy of water. This industry uses large dams and reservoirs to create a water fall that can be used to turn turbines within a hydropower plant. We then design idoelectric turbines and aeronautical componenstisitca

Steel Structures

Steel structures are a key component in civil engineering and modern architecture, widely used in the construction of buildings, bridges, stadiums, and other infrastructure. Steel is chosen for its strength, durability, and the flexibility it offers in terms of design. Below, I examine in more detail the characteristics, advantages, and uses of steel structures.

Crushing

Industrial crushing machines, also known as crushers, are essential devices used in many industries, including mining, demolition, recycling, and construction, to reduce the size of various solid materials. These robust and powerful machines are designed to process a wide range of materials, from rocks and ores to construction waste and metals.

Waste treatment and recycling

Waste treatment and recycling are crucial processes in waste management that aim to minimize the environmental impact of waste materials and promote more sustainable use of resources. These processes not only reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills or incinerators but also help conserve natural resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Our Services

Design of systems

Study and development, starting from the main characteristics and specifications, of plants/machines, handling systems and facilities. At this stage, in cooperation with the customer, the main requirements of the plant/machine (operating cycles, loads, available space, etc.) are defined and its implementation is studied and designed.

Structural calculation and verification

We are able to model structures or mechanical components with finite element calculation codes respecting European standards (Eurocodes) or any other international standards required by the client.

Study of Installations

Study of plant, machinery and equipment, assembly and detail drawings. With creation of construction drawings and bills of materials according to customer standards and current international regulations. This service can also be provided from existing studies and/or designs produced by the client.

Virtual Prototyping

With this software it is possible to computer simulate all the movements of a machine, at the same time calculating all its kinematic (such as speeds and accelerations) and dynamic (with, for example, forces, torques, powers) characteristics.
It is then possible to simulate the complete cycles of operation; this saves realization time, both because of the virtual tests that can be performed and because there are fewer errors in the design phase.

Laser scanner surveys

This activity consists of surveying facilities with the help of 3D laser scanners, both terrestrial and aerial, which allow obtaining a three-dimensional point cloud that exactly reproduces the existing situation. The data are then processed so that they can be used with various CAD software for normal modeling and or analysis activities.

OMNIAPROGET is able to follow the commissioning and testing of complex plants, evaluating all customer needs and proposing applications that are often innovative. This is due to a vast experience gained in different sectors of industry that allows us to have in our know-how multiple solutions for different types of plants. We provide turnkey machines and equipment.
